My brother was sentenced to be removed to his country of birth kuwait, will he be deported there??? If they dont accept him what will happen

Was an order of removal signed by an immigration judge? If so, he will be deported there. If Kuwait does not accept him, then he will remain detained until a country does accept him. If he does not have a lawyer, he needs one to see if the order of removal can be overturned, and if not, to see that he does not remain detained indefinitely.
