Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Immigration case forever pending
Hello,
If an immigration case, specifically particularly an adjustment of status, has been pending for quite some time, does hiring an attorney make a difference?
After the interview, more documentation was required, I provided it, but since then, no reply has come and it has been several months. Are attorneys empowered to help, or do I just have to wait?
Thanks!

Re: Immigration case forever pending
I can generally get cases resolved but only after they have been pending for 6 months.
