Immigration and divorse
We are in the final process of obtaining our green cards through my husbands company. But my husband has asked about getting divorsed. After i get my green card, can i divorse him without risking my residency status? How long should i wait to divorse him?

I recommend at least a two year wait, but at a minimum 6 months.
