Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Immigration Houston TX
I entered without inspection and have been in US for more that 5 years. I am married to a citizen but never filed with immigration. What can I do to obtain residency?

Re: Immigration Houston TX
If you are married to a U.S. citizen, you may be eligible to obtain permanent residency (a green card). You will be required to interview for your green card in your home country and submit a waiver at that time as well. The process can be complex, so feel free to email me directly for a more thorough explanation.
