Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

immigration

My husband is stuck in Palestine. He filed political assylm and was denied. We meet and married and filed a marriage petition, and that was denied, and we filed a waiver and it was denied again. All the while my husband voluntarily departed to Palestine. We have been denied so much because his visa expired before he left. Now all we have left is a appeal that my lawyer says will take another 2 years. I am wanting to know other than the appeal what else can I do to help him come home. This is my last chance... and I need my husband, the United States can not decide whom I marry, and moving to Palestine is out of the question. Please help me. I need a way to bring him home... I will do anything and I need to know how to do it...

Thank you

Sarah

Re: immigration

Your husband's case involves many details not present here (including the reason for all of the denials). Since he is represented by an attorney, you should address these questions to that lawyer, since the lawyer on the appeal is most familiar with the case. (The attorney's time estimate of an immigration appeal is accurate).
