Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
immigration I-129
I am a canadian citizen. I have a pending I-129 extension of stay, with no change in employer visa. I want to travel to canada, but my visa has yet to be approved. Can i do so? is there any risk of being stuck in Canada until the visa gets approved?

Yes there is a good risk of you being stuck in Canada. Depending upon the timetable of your extension application, you may want to file for advance parole.
