Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Immigration
I have been married to a u.s citizen for 17 yrs, i have two kids with him, one is 18 the other one is 16. We seperated about ten yrs ago because he used to abuse me verbally. I filed my papers with him 12 yrs ago and they sent me a letter saying i was approved but then we got seperated and i moved from the state. Im trying to reopen my case but my husband no longer wants to help me..he has a different family now. What can i do??

Re: Immigration
I'm a bit confused as to what you mean by "reopen" your case. If you were approved you have your green card, correct? If you have been living in the US I assume you still have it but it seems that there is something I'm missing here. Feel free to give me a call and we can set up a consultation. During that time we will certainly figure out where you stand and what needs to be done.
