what is the fastest way for a US citizen to bring someone to the US who is going to be your wife?? apply as a fiance or get married and apply as husband and wife? which forms to use?

Both the K-1 fiancee visa and the K-3 spouse visa are taking about 7 months to get approved here in the U.S.
