Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
immigration for my son
i came to united state after marriage with my son , he is from my ex-huband , but my present husband filed case for both of us , i got the green card but i recieved denial letter for my son , he is 11 years old , so i want to ask that i can apply for my son for green card as i am green card holder . And it is premenent residence card and expired in 2009.

When did they deny your son? Your best option is to fight the denial. Was there an RFE? Did you respond? What is the basis of the denial? Filing another petition with you as the petitioner not only repeats the original problem, but puts him in a serious backlog.
