Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

immigration

My wife is an immigrant. We just had a daughter. We have some bills

to take care of. How can she qualify for workers authorization so she can work and help our situation out financially. I realise that for her to qualify for her papers well need to make a quota

for income. I can barely keep up on the quota and a little more income would help. We would rather pay for our medical bills instead of medicaid!!! Any suggestions?

Re: immigration

What is your immigration status? When you say that she is an immigrant, do you mean that she has legal permanent residence? If so, then she has authorization to work. If not, then you can petition for her if you are an LPR or USC. Moreover, do not keep from filing on her behalf just because of the Poverty Guidelines, instead ask a relative to sign on as additional sponsor.
