Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I was informed that a nonimmigrant is able to obtain a replacement form I-94 even if an individual is out of status. How should I fill Application for Replacement Form I-102 where it asks what an applicant's current status is and when it expires. Or should I leave those fields blank?

Thanks for your help.

Don't leave anything blank on an immigration form, as you might trigger a Request For Evidence.

There is also an electronic I-94 system now. You can retrieve I-94 information online at:

Hello:

Getting a replacement I-94 does not change or alter status. It only gives you proof of entry to the U.S. and when that occurred.
