Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
We have an interview scheduled. We are a legitimate marriage with a large age difference. I am proparing a notorized statement that my wife is entitled to half of my assets ( a company valued at $500,000 currently and in a start up phase) Will this be sufficient to show that we are a real marriage?

It would help but one piece of evidence is usually not going to be sufficient. The interviewing immigration officer will look at your entire submissions which include photos, taxes, joint documents, etc., etc. Your answers under oath and how you act during the interview will be carefully monitored for discrepancies or for signs of deception. If you're both relaxed, the of course, it would help but many people get nervous during these interviews. You have to practice ahead of time. Get an immigration attorney to represent you during the interview.
