jail time

Is domestic violence a big issue if ur an illegal immigrant they told me that my friend has 2 serve 1month in jail and then they will send her 2 mx is there any way she can be deported earlier so she wont have 2 be there alot of time,,,

Generally, yes, domestic violence is a big issue. Apparently she has already been convicted and sentenced. If there are grounds or avenues to appeal the case, a lawyer would need to know about it and act immediately.
