Re: k-1 visa
You will first need to file a visa petition in the United States for your fiance. When your petition is approved, your fiance will need a visa issued at a U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad. This is done through an interview scheduled at a U.S. Embassy in your fiance's country of birth. Some countries allow for interviews of third country nationals.
