Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
k3&k4 for my wife and son
hi mr guru, i am a us citizen and i sponsored my wife and son and we came to us two months ago with k3 & k4, now my wife is pregnant. my question is that if i can apply for medicade or not, would it effect there case?i have not applied for there green card yet i have to submit few papers.

If you apply for medical federal benefits, it will adversely affect your application for permanent residence. The person who signed the Affidavit of Support contracted with the US govt that you would not become a public charge for a minimum period of 40 working quarters or until you become a citizen. If the child is born in the US, the child will be a USC and will qualify for benefits.
