Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

hello, my name is kelvin da silva I am 16 years old and have a imigration question: I lived with my family for 6 years in the united states and recently moved back to my home country and well I can't take it over here in brasil man i want to go back to USA but dont know if I can go to stay for ever well hope you can help thank you. p.s: my family was there under a religious visa and I was never iligal I speak english 100% and all my friends are there

Assuming you were never illegal, you should be able to immigrate back. If your parents are on R-1, you should be able to obtain the R-2. My firm can help with this. Please contact me for more information.
