Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My kids
I am 18 years old and so is my boyfriend of my 2 kids. I am also a Citizen of the U.S but he aint and I was wondering what I can do to change that. And if there was a certain age we have to be to get him papers. I just really don't want to be left with out a father for my kids and have to suffer what all those people are suffering right now.

Since you are a US citizen, you can file to adjust his status, if certain conditions are met. Email me, or contact an attorney in your area that handles immigration law, in order to process his green card.
