Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I got a letter from uscis for denial of485 because I was un able to provide a birth cert. for my daughter in another country .I have it now . Do I have to use an lawyer to do my motion to reopen ? Since it was a single document .And how do I go about it ?
