Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I have lived in the US since I was 5 years old. I am now 36 years old. I lived with my sister when the 1986 amnesty was granted. My sister took advantage of the amnesty for herself but did nothing for me. I am needing to know if since I was here during the amnesty if I qualify now as an adult to be granted the same amnesty. I can prove that I was here then and that I have been here every since.
