Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
How long can a visitor stay?
I am visiting my fiance in Texas for a couple of months (legally) I am from Canada,I have every intension of going back,we are goin to file for a K-1 visa,we want to do this right for sure,my question is how long can I stay for visits and how often can I travel back and forth while the visa is being considered?

You should be ok for short visits. There are no restrictions on how often you can travel while waiting for your visa if you are a Canadian citizen only. Once your application for fiance visa is approved, then you will have to obtain the visa prior to coming back to the U.S.
