Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
marriage and children
I have a friend that is not a US citizen but is married to a us citizen for the past 5 years! And has 2 children that were born in the US!
How can he apply for his citizenship?

Hire an attorney to review his situation to apply for legal permanent residence. After three years as an LPR, he can apply for citizenship. He will probably qualify, but there are some threshold questions that he must satisfy.
