Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Marriage= legal?
I overstayed my visa waiver. Lost passport and I-94 paper. When I get married can I still become legal? How can I proof that I came here legal?
I heard all you have to do is pay a fine.
What do I need to do?

If you are going to marry a USC, you will be able to correct this problem. Hire a lawyer, so that the paperwork is submitted correctly.
