Can i get a marriage licence? i am not a us citizen i am an immigrant but my fiance is a us siticen can we get married if i do not have a social security number?

Yes, you should be able to marry just fine in any state in the US. However, once you are married you will need to adjust your immigration status. Depending upon your immigration history, you may have a simple time of it or need to consider options and what will be best for you.
