Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Marriage to non-US citizen
My fiance is currently in the US on a valid Tourist Visa from Mexico and we wish to marry. She has not overstayed her visa, and we wish to change her status while she is in the country. Do we need an attorney, and if so, what is a fair price for said counsel. Thanks!

It's always best to hire an attorney for this. It's hard to say what is a fair price, but my firm charges $495 plus the filing fees.
