Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Married to a US citizen...
My parent had pettioned for me and got as getinting I-797 approved. Married my long time boyfriend. Does he have to reprettioned for me and start all over? Also does it make a difference that he is in the army and going to iraq next month? How can I get my citizenship faster?

Are your parents USC or legal residents? Are you over 21? Since your husband is a USC -- it is likely that a new petition with simultaneous I485 filing would get you faster results. Being deployed will cause some delays, especially if you wait too long, or do not get an immediate appointment.
