Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Got married while being on H1B
I am holding H1B visa, which will be expired on Nov, 2007. I got married in Nov 2006 to US citizen husband. I am not sure if we should file I-130 together with I-485, or file I-130 and wait for approval before filing I-485. Please advise us. Thank you very much.
