Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
If I'm married with an immigrant that I have been with 4 years and also have a 7 month old baby and I'm trying to start the process to apply for his visa does he still have a high chance to get deported even if married and already filed the petition?

There are many reasons why someone would be deported, & I don't know this man's immigration or criminal history. Also, if he entered illegally, then he cannot adjust status. Make sure you consult with an immigration attorney, & not a paralegal service, immigration service, or Notario, since this case is already sounding like there may be some legal issues that need to be addressed & you want to make sure everything is filed properly.
