Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I got married in October. My husband want to fix my immigration status. I'm from Mexico but can legal when i was 5 years old. What is the process we need to do with immigration?

It will depend on in what status you entered the US with and if you have proof of your legal entry.
If so, then you could apply for an adjustment of status based on marriage to a US citizen.
