Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Married to a pregnant US Citizen

After my wife and I got married in Las Vegas I came back to Canada and she stayed in the US because we both have to work. I was going to stay working unitll all of the paperwork had gone through. Problem we got pregnant on our honeymoon and she cant come to Canada because the pregnancy would not be covered. How do I stress the importance of being able to live in the US and support my family. I guess the question is what is the fastest way for me to get into the US legally and be able to work so I can be with her and take part in the pregnancy? We have filed an I-129F and I-130 but I do not want to wait 9-15 months and miss the entire pregnancy.

The best way to figure out if there are any other options available to you is to talk in depth with an immigration attorney or expert that can sort through the details of your specific situation. This will enable an attorney or expert to see if there are alternatives to waiting on your K-3 visa petition to be adjudicated.
