You'll want to apply for his K-3 spousal visa.

Assuming he does have any immigration problems in the US you can file for his petition as an alien relative and he can process his green card in Mexico. You do have one option. If you would like to get him here sooner we can file for a K-3 visa which will allow him to come in advance of his green card and then he could continue the rest of the process here in the US. Now this is all assuming that you are a US citizen and there aren't any criminal issues. Feel free to give me a call if you want to come in for a consultation and really get a complete understanding of the process.
