Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I married a woman from mexico i am the petioner for her visa but we do not live together now for about a year ever since i got sick with kidney failure now she is using that saying she takes care of me but that is not the case she actually has a boyfriend can i withdrawl the petition to obtain her visa?

If she has not received her immigrant visa yet, then you can always withdraw the petition, in writing, to the appropriate government agency. If you are Consular Processing, you should notify both the NVC & the Service Center that adjudicated the I-130 petition.
