I been married for 9 years and I'm separated with my husband 2 year ago and I move out from the and
I live with my kids in apartment. I been a alien resident card 8 years ago.
My question is can I apply citizenship first base on marriage or by my self
for having 8 years green card. Or first I gonna do my divorce first then
apply by my own self support citizenship.

Hi. If you were my client, I'd have you file based on the standard five year LPR track. That way you don't have to prove you're living in "marital union" with your husband which there could be some argument that lack of cohabitation shows marital disunion.
