Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Married Twice
I have been married about 6yrs, and we have a son, he is 3yrs old. I fixed his papers so he could travel to see his parents but he went and got married over their. What can I do to take his papers away. He don't support my son I do. We are not even divored but we are commen law married. He has not paid his taxes for 5yrs.
