Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
marring a convict...
I'm an ilegal alien and i've been engaged for 3 months. My fiance is a US citizen, and he was arrested 4 revoking his probation, & he got sentenced to 4 years... we still want 2 get married & I know we can do it, once he get's down to TDC, my question is... can I still get my papers fixed while he's in jail?? or should I wait till he get's out?

You can still work on your papers -- if you entered the country legally and then just overstayed. An illegal entry is a different can of worms.
