Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I want to marry a lady from the Phillipines. We are both older adults and have an ongoing relationship. I have been to the Phillipines and she was recently in the USA. She has a B-2 visa. What is the best process to go through to marry and have her stay in the United states?

After you marry her, you may file an immigrant petition and she may file for green card application. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney to discuss the details of filing these applications.

Hi,

There are various options after marriage takes place, such as adjustment of status or consular processing. There is also an option for fiancee petition with marriage occurring in the U.S. General information is here: http://h1b1.com/Uscitizen.htm and http://www.h1b1.com/K1visa.htm
