marrying my deported boyfriend
my fiancee overstayed with his visa 6 months and got deported. I am pregnant and we want to get married asap is the deportation a factor to legalize him? what can we do?

Yes, a waiver for the deportation may be possible based on his marriage to you. A waiver for his unlawful presence of 6 months in the U.S. may also be necessary.
