im marrying my deported fiancee
my fiancee overstayed six months in th u.s. and got deported back to mexico. I am 5 months pregnant and we want to get married asap is the deportation a factor to legalize him? what can we do?

Are you a USC? Was he removed, or was it a voluntary departure? Is the overstay the only negative history he has? If you married him, and then petitioned on his behalf, together with a waiver, he may be able to return to the US. You will need an immigration lawyer to file for you.
