Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hello, can I get help on this matter, I have recently applied for AOS based on marriage to USC. I have answered No in the section for arrest or conviction. I thought it was in the US alone, I have not had any in the US, but in the UK, though there was no where to fill that I have been in UK on the form, since I was only there for less than 6months... now I am afraid this confusion would impede my application...please any advice...thank you

You will be sworn to the contents of your application at the time of your interview. Make sure you provide the correct information and supporting documents at such time and explain your confusion when you completed the forms.
