Misdemeanor part B and deportation
I have an aquitenance whohas a green card, who pleaded non contest to misdemeanor part B ,as conditions of his plea agreement he had to do community work , pay fine and had one year of deferred adjudication, Can he be deported because of it ?

It depends upon the crime involved. I do not know what you mean by 'part B'. There are many misdemeanors.
