Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I have done MS Engineering and now on OPT and with extensions I can work till 2019.Before doing Masters, I have 12 years of Engineering experience overseas. My bachelors was in 2002. Masters was in 2015. A small company is willing to file my GC without going to H1b process. My country dates in UCSIS bulletin are "Current". Can one of your take up this case and if we follow premium processing, does this tile time Jan 2019 is enough to get GC? What will be total cost (Your Fee + Govt Charges)?
My employer is small company of 4 people (I would be 5th) with $ 1M + Annual revenue.

Yes, if the Visa bulletin shows your country for EB-2 is current the PERM and green card can be possibly done by Jan 2019.
My law firm has done many PERMS and GC for employment based, and I will be happy to undertake this case. Please contact me at [email protected] or call me at 713-787-5297 to schedule a meeting/appointment, at which time I will discuss the fees etc. Thanks
