Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Multiple H1B applications
I will be applying for my H1B in April 2008 and was wondering if I have 2 job offers (which start from Oct 1 2008), can both these employers file for my H1B?
I would greatly appreciate any reply.
Thank you for your time.

Re: Multiple H1B applications
Technically they can. Practically speaking you might be inviting a USCIS logistics snafu.
As you well know, there are limited spots open, and they backlog rapidly.
