Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Hi. i had my n400 interview today based on the marriage. i am still married with no criminal recored. before i got married i had over stayed but my case for dismissed and i did attach the final copy of judges order. still the officer gave me a letter saying that the decision is yet to be made.

It doesn't necessarily mean your case will not be approved. You should wait until you receive the decision in the mail before you start worrying abut something that might be a non-issue, or you can call the USCIS customer service number if you don't receive a decision within a reasonable amount of time.
