Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Names
I dropped the middle name i was given at birth, and now use another name. The middle name does not appear on any of official documents. How can i officailly remove this or show that i never used it. I need help desperately to resolve this matter. Thanks for your assistance.

Re: Names
Why have you posted this through the immigration category? If this relates to an LPR card or naturalization certificate, at the time of naturalization you can change your name.
If not, then you can get an adult name change through District Court.
Your question is difficult to understand, but am guessing that you want to know how to make your 'new' middle name officially part of your name.
