Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
non citizen married legally 5 years ago to a US citizen. citizen had serious heart attack. Who has primary next of ken rights for medical and financial decisions per Texas law.............the non citizen wife or adult children of the ill patient? How best protect wife who is non citizen?

It doesn't matter that you are a noncitizen. You will be able to make decisions regarding your husband's healthcare unless he has given someone else that authority through an advanced healthcare directive.
