Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Non profit organisation exmeption for H1B
How do I know if a company is exempt for the H1B cap if it is a NPO? Is there a list of companies listed for the same?
I have a job offer from the comany salesmanshipclub.org
Thanks

Re: Non profit organisation exmeption for H1B
The nonprofit organization must be related to, or affiliated with an institution of higher education; or it's a nonprofit research organization or governmental research organization. Lastly, the nonprofit organization must be IRS tax exempt under section 501(c)(3), (c)(4), or (c)(6).
