non-US citizen marriage to a H1b visa holder
my fiance is an H1b visa holder, i am a non-US citizen. How soon can i obtain my spouse visa after the marriage? will i be able to work in US using that visa? thank u

Are you currently in the United States? Are you in status? You will not be able to work under the spousal visa -- to do so, you would have to have an independent H1B.
