Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
Has Obama approved recently a law that keeps a citizens spouse who is working on their status from having to leave the country to go to the consulate in their country. For example having to go to mexico?

There is talk of making it possible to submit the Waiver of the 3/10 year bar inside the U.S. before leaving and awaiting adjudication outside the U.S.
