Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
In October 2013, I was arrested and put into jail in 1 night. I was convicted Misdemeanor C for trespassing, and had 9 months for probation. I did not need to do community service. I finished the probation in February 2015. This was only one time I got a stupid mistake during time I am living in U.S.
Now, I need to fill out N-400 form, but I do not know how I should answer items from 23 to 28 of PART 11.
And should I answer "1" at the question "how long were you in jail?" Please help me. Thanks.
