Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
What is the possible outcome of an illegal alien suing another illegal alien? If a settlement is decided, would they even be allowed to collect the settlement?
Would both be deported?

Your immigration status does not come into play in civil litigation. You will be able to sue each other without having to worry about deportation.
