Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
my parents left United states in1996 and 1998 (Mother and then Father) to Iran to take care of some business and come back. They were both Green Card Holders at the time. They were not allowed to leave Iran when they attempted, until a few months after their cards were expired. Can they return and if so is there a visa that they'll need to apply for?

Your parents need to consult with an immigration attorney as they will most likely to be considered as abandoning their LPR (legal permanent resident) status. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].
